Prefabricated Module Design

In an ever demanding industry, having the ability to build large often heavy modules containing critical system components off site in becoming more familiar. Client are now opting to have risers and often plant room equipment built in the factory and then craned and transported on site. This method can lead to a hole host on benefits, from efficiency, health and safety and uniformity.

3D Co-ordination

We strive to deliver the best possible model to our clients, using the latest cloud sharing software and strict QA processes. We ensure our that when our clients and other project contractors receive our information that it's thoroughly checked from a compliance and also engineering stand point. We ensure that we deliver a model that can be built and installed on site, through years of industry experience our team have built this it our QA process to ensure little disruption at site level.

2D/3D Drawings

An area which we really pride ourselves in, is the delivery of drawings. Having a complete and a well designed model is one thing, but if that information isn't well presented on a drawing then it can often lead to mistakes within the fabrication shop and then ultimately onto site. We've created a company standard drawing template which we believe presents the information in clearest and most informative way, ensuring that anyone picking up that drawing can fully understand the design in the best possible way.

With every drawing issued looking the same this also saves our clients time, ensuring that from one project to the next they know exactly what to expect every time.

Record Drawings

It's that time of the project where site changes have occurred and drawings need updating. Through our cloud based software we able to track and record changes throughout the life cycle of the project, ensuring that these can be picked leading up to the final handover, instead of all in the later stages. It can be a very busy time at project handover which is why we have adopted modern software to help record and distribute any changes to our team wherever they are.

We no longer require sometimes difficult to read, scrunched up drawings which often doesn't resolves all issues relating to the model.

Point Cloud Survey

As the construction industry evolves and important technology and software comes available across all areas. A point cloud survey now offers the ability to scan the entire project in a fraction of the time it would take operative and to much high level of accuracy. This information can then be loaded into Autodesk's design software ensuring that all the key information is centralized in single file. This method has become very common on large scale fit-out projects, where it's crucial all the contractors involved are aware of the existing services and where they've been installed.

Revit Family Production

It's only possible to build a reliable model if the correct families are used. While there's a huge online library of families available from the manufacturers of sprinkler components, there's still a lot which aren't.

We're constantly growing our Revit library all the time to ensure we model the correct equipment in line with the tech subs provided to us at the start of the project. Anything that we don't have will be created to ensure the model contains all the correct components and that everything is truly represented from a spacial fit aspect.
